It was wonderful to have the Senior School back on the Top Field for Sports Day yesterday.
Some stand out performances included:
Tom in Year 12 delivering a superb performance in the long jump and the 300 metres track event
Freya in Year 8's outstanding win in 1500m
Tommy in Year 10 threw over 30m in javelin which was the best performance in the school on the day
Isy in Year 9 threw over 12m in shot put which was another best performance in the school!
8VA relay team put in a perfect 4x100 relay race with smooth changeovers and great speed.
For Years 9 through to 12 this annual event contributes to House points, which meant students in these year groups wore their house colours, covered themselves in face paint and enthusiastically cheered on their fellow House teammates.
