Our box office is open for calls and emails Monday- Friday 9am – 5pm.
Our foyers and bars open 45 minutes before the show. We are a cashless venue so only accept cards and contactless payments.
There is no parking available at Alleyn’s School. Visitors to the school are encouraged to use sustainable travel methods where possible.
We have accessible parking spaces available on site for those that require but they need to be booked in advanced. Email or call the box office to request an accessible parking space.
There is step free access to the theatre. Accessible seats in the theatre can be accessed by the lift. For events that take place in Alleyn’s Great Hall step free access is available through the theatre building and lift via a connecting bridge.
Please inform the box office in advance if you require step free access to the Great Hall.
Assisted hearing devices can be requested in advanced by contacting the box office. The theatre uses an infrared receiver that you will be able to collect from the box office before the performance.
For school events we can offer a full refund for any tickets purchased. For external events that are run in conjunction with our partners we are unable to offer refunds for any tickets purchased.
If the event you would like to attend has sold out, you can contact the box office and ask to be put on our waiting list. Should tickets become available a member of the box office team will be in touch.
