1st XI Hockey Boys

The 1st XI hockey team made an early start to the season in the first round of the England Hockey Tier 2 Cup on Wednesday. Playing competitive rivals KCS, a fast-paced game was to be expected.

With year 11’s Will, Alex and James all making their debuts it was set to be a good start to the season. The team played some electric, exciting hockey and were rewarded with a 6-1 win, with debutant Will claiming an impressive hattrick. Captain Louis led the team well and the team look forward to their Friday Night Lights match vs Caterham on the 13th of Jan.

Our first team started the new year well with a confident win over DC. Flying out of the blocks at the start of the game and ending the first quarter with a 13-point lead. This set the tone for the rest of the game as Alleyn's finished the game with a 16-point lead.
