Kicking off the last week of term, Middle School pupils enjoyed the first of our celebrations of Christmas at Alleyn's on Monday 12 December with a beautiful Carol Service at St Barnabas in Dulwich.

Made all the more festive by the snow in Dulwich, pupils sang traditional festive carols including Once in Royal David's City and All O come, all ye faithful. And they enjoyed stunning performances from the Alleyn’s Chamber and All Star Choirs and an exuberant rendition of Last Christmas from the Alleyn’s Soul Choir.

Rev Liz Lander made the address and there were beautiful readings from Gabriel in Year 11 and Year 10 pupils, Maya and Annabel.

Later this morning, the Lower and Upper Schools will enjoy a second service and our evening carol service will take place at Christ's Chapel, Dulwich Village on Tuesday 13 December with many of the familiar congregational carols and readings and our four school choirs Chamber Choir, Soul Choir, Schola Cantorum and All Stars will lead the singing.
