We’re delighted to announce Year 13 students Alex and Sophie are both through to the finals of BBC Young Musician 2022.
Alex, who has been playing the clarinet from the age of 9, and percussionist Sophie joined the Senior School as Music Award holders in 2015 and have been musical leaders ever since. Sophie has secured a coveted place at the Royal College of Music to continue her studies in percussion next year, whilst Alex aspires to pursue postgraduate music studies in the future.
Everyone at Alleyn’s is wishing you both the best of luck for the competition taking place at Saffron Hall from 6 – 10th July.

Junior School Open Day
The next Alleyn's Junior School Open Event is from 1.30pm to 3pm on Wednesday 22 May 2024. There will be a Head's Talk at 1.40pm after which you will be offered a tour of the school with a pupil. There is no need to book a place at this Open Event - everyone is welcome.
