Wednesday saw the re-launch of the Alleyn’s Cycling Club with a group of pupils from Years 8 to 10 popping down to the Herne Hill Velodrome. Cycling at this historic venue involves no gears, no breaks and no fear! Many of the pupils had never tried out track cycling before, but by the end of the coached-session were whizzing round with confidence, without a single collision. All the pupils enjoyed the experience and will be returning to the velodrome next week to continue developing their track-cycling skills.
Junior School Open Day
The next Alleyn's Junior School Open Event is from 1.30pm to 3pm on Wednesday 22 May 2024. There will be a Head's Talk at 1.40pm after which you will be offered a tour of the school with a pupil. There is no need to book a place at this Open Event - everyone is welcome.
