Year 10 Field Day

Year 10 Field Day is a chance for pupils to get out of the classroom and into the community or nature.

For those working towards their Bronze DofE a weekend camp was the agenda, whilst CCF cadets took part in a Resilience Training camp.

Other groups chose to volunteer; with one group of year 10 volunteers acting as Teaching Assistants at Bessemer Primary, and another spent the morning learning about dementia and working with the elderly at LinkAge Southwark where they also got stuck into administrative tasks. This was followed by an afternoon spent volunteering at Albrighton Community Fridge to assist with food preparation and distribution.
