The spirit of possibility has been truly alive over the last two weeks here at Alleyn’s, as we hosted a series of Open Day events culminating in our final whole school Saturday Open Event. Set against the backdrop of a crisp autumn morning bathed in beautiful sunshine, it was the perfect atmosphere for welcoming prospective families to our school.
Our pupils, who we believe to be our best ambassadors, took centre stage, leading tours and introducing visitors to all the wonderful things that make up our community. It was such a joy to see them taking charge, sharing their enthusiasm for their individual interests and showcasing the many ways pupils can explore and pursue their passions or indeed, discover new ones.
Families were guided through the school, had opportunities to engage with our Heads of Department discussing their interests and our wonderful pupil panel fielded questions from our curious guests.
We hope these moments of connection have given prospective families a glimpse of the vibrant environment we nurture, where pupils are encouraged to flourish, pursue their passions, and embrace every opportunity with confidence and resilience. The spirit of possibility shines brightly at Alleyn's, and we look forward to welcoming many new faces into our school community.
Junior School Open Day
The next Alleyn's Junior School Open Event is from 1.30pm to 3pm on Wednesday 22 May 2024. There will be a Head's Talk at 1.40pm after which you will be offered a tour of the school with a pupil. There is no need to book a place at this Open Event - everyone is welcome.
