We were delighted to welcome back Daisy Noton for our first Alumnus Assembly of the year.
Daisy left the Junior School eight years ago and now studies at the Royal College of Music, having been a BBC Young Musician of the Year finalist along the way. She spoke of her early passion for playing a variety of musical instruments, the dedication and commitment and the joy that music making has brought her.
The children had a great many questions about music and Junior School life and were heartened to hear that much was the same and (for some) that Daisy was a Leopard! As well as seeing one of her concert performances on the big screen she also played her flute live to us.
Junior School Open Day
The next Alleyn's Junior School Open Event is from 1.30pm to 3pm on Wednesday 22 May 2024. There will be a Head's Talk at 1.40pm after which you will be offered a tour of the school with a pupil. There is no need to book a place at this Open Event - everyone is welcome.
