Junior Maths Challenge

During periods three, four and five all Year 7 and 8 pupils concentrated very hard for an intensive hour of figuring out mathematics problems in the United Kingdom Mathematics Trust (UKMT) Junior Maths Challenge.

Thousands of children participate in the challenge every year, with the top 50% nationally being awarded either a bronze, silver or gold certificate. Some of the highest performers will take part in the UKMT Junior Kangaroo and the very highest performers go on to the UKMT Junior Olympiad – good luck to them all!
