Sky Yang (Roper’s 2017) is back on our screens playing Stephen in Kathy Burke’s ‘charming’ adaptation of Graham Norton’s novel Holding, a murder-mystery drama for ITV. Oozing ‘wit, warmth and compassion’, Holding, which was originally published back in 2016, centres around a small, quiet village in West Cork, Ireland dealing with the repercussions of the discovery of human remains.

Sky is a LAMDA-trained actor and director and is known for his film roles in Tomb Raider (2018) and Touchdown and Rebel Moon and more recently for his role as Ben in the stage adaptation of Philip Pullman’s The Book of Dust - La Belle Sauvage at the Bridge Theatre. He directed Sunny (2020) which depicts a Chinese boy moving from childhood to adolescence and finding himself lost in a world that tells him he should hate where he comes from.

Holding premiered on ITV on Monday, 14 March 2022, and is available to watch on ITV hub here.
