Pursuing Knowledge and Understanding

The John Locke Conference, a nine-day residential course at Radley College, is described as the ideal course for somebody hoping to undertake undergraduate studies in a degree such as History and Politics, Economics and Management, Human, Social and Political Science, Psychology and Sociology, or Politics and International Relations.

Matilda, who is interested in studying Economics and Management at Oxford University, underwent a rigorous selection process. The first step was completing a detailed application on hobbies, interests, and motivations and this resulted in Matilda being invited for interview with the Academic Dean Robin Koerner. The Dean asked Matilda to speak on her current economic and political views, and she was delighted that the interview resulted in her winning not only a place on the course but also a scholarship!
