We’ve all heard about the art and alchemy of baking but Mr Sri demystified it all in his lesson on the chemistry of bread-making today in his Year 7 Chemistry class. The Year 7s will be popular with their families when they complete their homework of baking a delicious loaf themselves - just in time for tea, we hope.
