Year 5 enjoyed spending the day immersed in Gambian drumming and Cote d’Ivoire dancing led by Seneke and Gaspard from Wise Moves. They also designed Yoruba tribe Adire spirit cloths, which will be on display in the exhibition area. The children then performed their dances and drumming to the rest of the school via Teams extremely enthusiastically. Well done Year 5 for throwing yourselves so fully into this fantastic experience!
Junior School Open Day
The next Alleyn's Junior School Open Event is from 1.30pm to 3pm on Wednesday 22 May 2024. There will be a Head's Talk at 1.40pm after which you will be offered a tour of the school with a pupil. There is no need to book a place at this Open Event - everyone is welcome.
