On Tuesday evening, the EAB atrium buzzed with stalls showcasing the endeavors of our Year 13 students. This occasion symbolized the completion of their extensive year-long research projects. The students, who chose their own subjects, dedicated the past year to investigating and composing an extended essay or crafting artifacts like artworks or performances. Each presenting student had a designated stall for their project, inviting guests to move around and engage in discussions about their work.
Here are examples of some of the excellent research topics:
Why is the JFK Assassination and its aftermath still being discussed and investigated 60 years later? Kit
Has gender representation in Hollywood studios evolved since the 'golden era' of film in a positive way? Francesca
To what extent are streaming services negatively impacting the entertainment industry? Lucy
A short play script exploring the identity of three generations of women in a family through a feminist lens Edie
To what extent does Ancient Chinese philosophy influence criminal law? Dylan
