15 Alleyn’s MUN delegates took part in the Lingfield College MUN on Saturday 2nd December representing Greece, Iran and Israel. They had a successful day of debates, considering everything from international tax havens to the evolving situation in Israel and the Palestinian territories. Our students were successful with the delegation representing Greece being awarded best delegation and the delegation representing Israel being awarded Highly Commended Delegation. We also had individual successes Amelie, Tom and Izzy all of whom were awarded Distinguished Delegate. Meanwhile Esme and Conor were awarded Highly Commended Delegate.
In receiving the prize for Best Overall Delegations Tom said, “We just want to thank the Lingfield College Secretariat and staff for all their hard work. Thank you for our award”.
Junior School Open Day
The next Alleyn's Junior School Open Event is from 1.30pm to 3pm on Wednesday 22 May 2024. There will be a Head's Talk at 1.40pm after which you will be offered a tour of the school with a pupil. There is no need to book a place at this Open Event - everyone is welcome.
