If children are to enjoy physical activity long-term then the building blocks of effective functional movement is vital. The ABCs of agility, balance, co-ordination and speed are targeted in every lesson. Each child is unique but maximising the quality of their movement gives them the best chance of accessing our physical education programme.

In addition to developing pupils' functional movement skills our programme instils fundamental skills such as striking and fielding, sending and receiving and an understanding of how to attack and defend as an individual and as part of a team. These skills transfer across several sports to produce rounded performers who are comfortable and can flourish in a variety of sports settings.
