Whilst our teaching staff are motivated by fostering a love of physical activity in every pupil, we recognise that putting the child and their needs at the centre of the learning experience is crucial.
Pupils in the Junior section of the school have time devoted to independent target setting each term so that they can set their own goals and work towards them.
Similarly, whilst we provide guidance during matches, staff give pupils the space to make their own decisions and so learn by trial and sometimes error, in order to improve.
Junior School Open Day
The next Alleyn's Junior School Open Event is from 1.30pm to 3pm on Wednesday 22 May 2024. There will be a Head's Talk at 1.40pm after which you will be offered a tour of the school with a pupil. There is no need to book a place at this Open Event - everyone is welcome.
