The Science Department has installed ‘built in’ fume cupboards, which are used for experiments with noxious chemicals, so Mr Jones offered their spare cupboard to Trinity Academy in Brixton.

‘It is such a pleasure to be able to share resources with other schools and we are delighted at the prospect that this fume cupboard may enable a greater range of science practical work at Trinity Academy,’ said Mr Jones.

The academy jumped at the opportunity to receive the donation, and Alleyn’s delivered the cupboard along with a few boxes of recent Physics text books, to the grateful Trinity staff after school yesterday.
