U12A

The U12 team had their first game of the season away to Latymer and started with a solid win against very capable opposition. The most pleasing outcome was having two new players to the hard ball format and a brilliant balance of contributions from the entire team with either the bat, bowling or in the field. The passion and energy delivered by the team is certainly exciting for the future.

U15A

The U15 team had a fiercely contested first match against a strong Emanual School team however they pulled together to make a real contest out of the match. A game that ebbed and flowed throughout and a winner could only be decided on the final ball. With Alleyn’s batting a single run would secure the victory and a wicket for the opposition would result in a draw.

In a nail biting few moments a run out followed and a draw then calculated on wickets lost was enough to send the opposition through to the next round. Some incredible learning moments for our girls which will stay in the memory bank for a while.

U14A

The U14 girls game was played in gloriuos sunshine and a perfect day out for the team. Harrodian were wondeful hosts and opposition and our team set the bar high all day with some impressive cricket.

Every player in the team had the opportunity to bat or bowl and included in the success was a retired 40 mins out for captain Mila and two very impressive hat tricks in the game from Katie and Louisa.

Well done to a few more players who competed in their first hardball game.
