We were thrilled to have alumni join us for the inaugural Festival of Inspiration and Enterprise today. The event, designed to move beyond a traditional careers fair, was aimed at inspiring students to think about careers and livelihoods in a positive, empowering, insightful and future-focused way and featured an interesting mix of hands-on interactive workshop style sessions and industry/career stalls.

Concentrating on the fields of creativity, enterprise, environment & sustainability, social impact, technology and wellbeing, we were delighted to welcome back;

Sam Akinwumi (Cribb's 2014) – Data Scientist and Multimedia Artist & Editor

Ollie Brenman (Brown's 2013) - Co-founder Butter & Crust

Nigel Godfrey (Spurgeon's 1982) - Actor / Broadcast TV Director/ Producer / Agency Creative Director

Philip Johnson (Cribb's 1981) - Innovation, design, product development and placemaking

Alice Moxley (Roper's 2009) - Founder and CEO of Pivot

Lucy Stooke (Spurgeon's 2009) – Finance Manager Pivot

Ben Tinkler-Davies (Tyson's 2016) - Design & Aerothermal Engineer

They all shared invaluable knowledge and experience in building careers creatively. We are hugely grateful to them all for generously sharing their expertise and time with the current students.
