We were very proud to be able to facilitate over half term the filming of a segment of this year’s Children in Need at Alleyn’s with an audience of children and parents from the upper years of the Junior School. The piece featured Blue Peter presenter Radzi Chinyanganya interviewing ‘PE teacher’ Miss Clare Balding who was running a school sports day featuring two teams of Olympians and Para-Olympians. Teams were captained by Dame Sarah Story and Max Whitlock.

Mrs Lunnon and Junior School pupils and parents cheer on the athletes.

Junior School Head Mr Severino was thrilled that the Junior School could help this incredible charity and to be able to host some of our country's most talented athletes. "As well as seeing some familiar faces from the world of sport and television and seeing how a TV programme is filmed, the watching children were also very excited to meet Pudsey Bear!", he said.
