Congratulations to Year 4, who treated everyone to an excellent Harvest Festival celebration this week. Thanks to the wonders of modern technology (and the skills of the Alleyn’s technical support team), the children’s words and actions were beamed to the rest of the School, watching in their classrooms and then available on the Hub for the wider School community.
During the service, the children delighted the audience with an acrostic poem, drama, information about Harvest, messages of thanks, inspirational quotes and a very catchy song about reaping and sharing the crops. The children should all be very proud of the way in which they adapted to the current circumstances and led the School admirably in this important community event.
Junior School Open Day
The next Alleyn's Junior School Open Event is from 1.30pm to 3pm on Wednesday 22 May 2024. There will be a Head's Talk at 1.40pm after which you will be offered a tour of the school with a pupil. There is no need to book a place at this Open Event - everyone is welcome.
