Half-term saw a favourite annual highlight return to the stage - the Inter-House Dance-off.
With the Great Hall at standing room only, the Houses showed off their best moves in order to try to impress the gathered crowds as well as the panel of judges.
The first round was very tight, with all of the teams closely ranked in relation to each other. When it came to the final, there could only be one victor - and that was Brown's House, whose display was declared the stand-out winner to huge approval from the crowd.
As well as being a great deal of fun, the Dance-off also contributes to our charity committee's fundraising efforts, with ticket proceeds going towards great causes including Sparrow Schools in South Africa.
Well done to our Brown's House winners, and we thank all of the boys and girls who took part for their hard work and great enthusiasm.
Junior School Open Day
The next Alleyn's Junior School Open Event is from 1.30pm to 3pm on Wednesday 22 May 2024. There will be a Head's Talk at 1.40pm after which you will be offered a tour of the school with a pupil. There is no need to book a place at this Open Event - everyone is welcome.
