Moving Alumni Dementia Commercial Wins Industry Award

Huge congratulations to Casting Director and Deputy President of the Edward Alleyn Club for 2023/24, Aisha Bywaters (Brown's 2002), for winning the Best Casting in a Commercial Award at The Casting Directors' Guild Awards for the film ‘Nobody Asks’, directed by alumnus Zak Razvi (Brading’s 2004) for Alzheimer’s Society. 

This moving commercial highlights some of the devastating impacts faced by people living with dementia and their loved ones and the difference that leaving a gift in your will can make to help end this.

 Following the award announcement, Zak said On LinkedIn: 

I've known Aisha since I was 11 years old, to see her picking up awards for films we've made together feels really special. To see her talent being recognised in the ad industry (having already won a BAFTA in the film industry!) means so much.
