House Music was back last night and it really demonstrated the 'all' in Alleyn's. Our legendary large biennial event involved nearly all of the Middle and Upper School pupils in each House (around 900 in total) organising, rehearsing, and performing three musical items: a House Choir, a House Ensemble and a House Soloist – all in a 15-minute programme.
Houses rotated round the MCT (to perform) and then watched their peers through live AV relays in the Great Hall and the Old Gym.
It was truly joyous and a sight to behold with one parent saying, “I wish you could distil last night and bottle it and hand it out on Open days…"
Everyone put on a wonderful show with Tyson's being the overall winning House.

Junior School Open Day
The next Alleyn's Junior School Open Event is from 1.30pm to 3pm on Wednesday 22 May 2024. There will be a Head's Talk at 1.40pm after which you will be offered a tour of the school with a pupil. There is no need to book a place at this Open Event - everyone is welcome.
