What could be better on a rainy winter evening than gathering around a wood-burning firepit with pizzas and music? On Wednesday evening, some of our students, under the guidance of Mr. Koloi, organized a delightful pizza night at the Well.
Mr. Koloi shared his knowledge with the students, teaching them the art of safely starting and managing a fire, as well as maintaining optimal heat in the oven for perfectly cooked pizzas.
The students actively participated in the preparation, handling ingredients and getting tucked in stretching dough getting the pizzas ready for the oven. As the pizzas cooked to perfection, guitars came out, filling the air with beautiful melody.
This 'everyone bring one' event aimed to encourage learning new skills, building connections with others, forming new friendships, and fostering a sense of community among the students. It was an evening where warmth emanated not only from the firepit but from the shared experiences and camaraderie.

Junior School Open Day
The next Alleyn's Junior School Open Event is from 1.30pm to 3pm on Wednesday 22 May 2024. There will be a Head's Talk at 1.40pm after which you will be offered a tour of the school with a pupil. There is no need to book a place at this Open Event - everyone is welcome.
